Caseload: 70 per year
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments.
Interpret assessment results and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on findings and student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments for students.
Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and recommend interventions.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Stay informed about best practices in school psychology and implement evidence-based interventions.
Support school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
Certificates and Licenses: Active school psychologist license for MA.
Education and/or Experience: Master's degree required (Master's preferred), with 2+ years of experience as a school psychologist in school settings.
