Your responsibilities include:Performing maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsServicing and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machinesConducting preventative maintenance to minimize system downtimeTroubleshooting and assessing commercial HVAC systems for optimal performanceResponding to emergency service calls with professionalismCollaborating with our dispatch team to ensure seamless operationsMaintaining accurate records and adhering to safety standardsWorking independently while delivering excellent customer service to Shreveport clientsTools & Support ProvidedFully stocked company service vanCompany-issued iPad and iPhonePersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)QualificationsExperience: 3-6 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsCertifications: EPA Certification required; HVAC Journeyman license preferredPhysical Requirements:Climb/descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics)Wear required PPEAdditional Requirements:Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel for training or client needsAbility to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checksMeet enhanced security clearance requirementsSkills & AbilitiesExpertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/refrigeration systemsStrong customer service and communication skills, tailored to Shreveport’s communityAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyFamiliarity with light commercial equipment; industry software knowledge a plusWhy Shreveport?Shreveport is a vibrant hub with a strong demand for skilled HVAC technicians.
