Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,160 to $2,320 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $54.00 - $58.00/Hourly. Summary: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and specialized imaging equipment to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating disease. This role ensures accurate imaging, radiation safety compliance, and high-quality patient care in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Responsibilities: Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to physician orders and safety protocols. Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures such as PET scans, SPECT scans, bone scans, cardiac stress tests, thyroid scans, and other diagnostic studies. Operate gamma cameras, PET/CT scanners, and related imaging equipment. Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, Must be competent in PET and Nuc med. General nuc medicine (no cardiac), Siemens PET CT, Siemens and Phillips nuc med cameras, BLS Certification, CNMT, PET, NMTCB certification required.
