The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production schedules, and ensure efficiency across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing production plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and striving for continuous improvement in operational performance. The Plant Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Plant Management and Plant OperationsStrong background in Operations Management and Production PlanningExpertise in Manufacturing Operations and ability to supervise manufacturing processesDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsWorking knowledge of safety regulations and operational standardsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production management role preferred
