The focus is ownership and execution, not reporting or learning. The team needs someone who can run security platforms and drive remediation without heavy oversight.Core responsibilities1. SIEM ownershipOwn and operate the SIEM platformStrong preference for Microsoft Sentinel (Azure)Experience tuning, optimizing, and managing alerts and analytics2. Security awareness & trainingOwn security awareness programsExperience setting up and managing training campaigns3. Vulnerability managementOwn vulnerability scanning and remediation workflowsTenable experience is helpful but not requiredMust actively help fix vulnerabilities, not just report themValidate remediation efforts end‑to‑end4.
