Technical Analyst

Technical Analyst (Hybrid – Detroit, MI)We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support both an internally developed application and a vendor-hosted SaaS platform within a financial services environment. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze defects, gather requirements, support enhancements, validate business processes, and coordinate testing and release activities.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across business and technical teams and must be able to query both Oracle and SQL Server databases to support investigation and analysis. Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest is required.
