Come build your career with BAE Systems as a Functional Support Specialist I.Responsibilities include:Supporting Shipping and Receiving of all customer deliverables as well as internal hardware and software needs.Support Maintenance and Support Renewals including creating quotes and providing them to the customerReceive and process customer orders into Salesforce.com and track orders from receipt to delivery and invoicingProcess prospective customer bailment agreements with the contracts department and help arrange equipment to be delivered to customer and returned to BAE upon bailment completionWork with Contracts and Subcontracts on NDAs, Bailments, and Reseller AgreementsWork with Suppliers and Internal Team to assist with cost and pricing strategiesWork with Marketing Team to build email campaigns and social media posts for upcoming events, new products, and other business-related announcementsSupport team in signing up for trade shows and customer demonstrations as well as arranging, packing, and shipping marketing materials for those events.Support Team in overall office ManagementResponsible to support daily Business Operations for the Cybersecurity Product Portfolio. This role will be performed in a Hybrid capacity, with the incumbent working both in-office and remotely, from home.
