Property Manager

Impact Management Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a beautiful residential apartment community in Saukville, WI. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the lease-up of Phase 2 for a brand-new development and to help build and grow a thriving, vibrant community.Property Managers are key business leaders responsible for the successful operations of their community. You will report to the Regional ManagerWe offer 5 weeks of paid PTO and 6 paid holidays!Responsibilities:Maintain CRM-IQ and property management systems (YARDI) and manage social media platforms to support resident engagement, communication, and brand presence.Develop and execute digital and local marketing (listings, social media, email, signage, paid ads) to generate qualified leads.Lead lease-up campaigns from pre-marketing through stabilization, hitting occupancy and revenue targets.Conduct tours, process applications, prepare and execute lease agreements, and manage resident onboarding.-Track and report leasing metrics (traffic, conversion, lease-up pace, concessions) and recommend optimizations.Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and property teams to ensure model/unit readiness and exceptional showings.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.Provide exceptional resident service and resolve leasing-related issues promptly.Qualifications:3+ years lease-up or multifamily marketing/leasing experience (preferred market-rate properties).-Proven experience creating and running effective digital/local marketing campaigns.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties/tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with property management software and basic reporting/Excel skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred: - Experience with Yardi. - Certification in leasing or property management (e.g., ARM, CAM).What we offer: - Competitive pay (commensurate with experience), generous performance and lease-up bonuses. - Health benefits, PTO, and 403B - Training and growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Employer: We encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
