Sales Representative - New Construction

We are hiring! Experienced New Construction Sales RepsWindows & Doors | Central & Southeast Florida Solar-Tite Windows & Doors is expanding in Central and Southeast Florida and is seeking experienced building materials sales professionals focused on new residential construction. We’re targeting representatives who already sell into: • Production & semi-custom homebuilders • Custom homebuilders • Residential developers Window experience is preferred — not required.If you have a strong builder relationships selling other new-construction products (doors, trim, millwork, drywall, roofing, flooring, exterior products, etc.), we can train you on windows. What we can’t train is builder relationships. What You’ll Do• Grow and manage builder relationships across Central & Southeast Florida• Call on builders, purchasing teams, superintendents, and developers• Win new accounts and expand share with existing builders• Represent a strong window & door platform with real operational supportWhat We’re Looking For• 5+ years of new-construction building materials sales• Existing builder relationships• Strong understanding of the residential construction cycle• Hunter mentality with long-term relationship focusCompensation• Base salary + commission• Top performers earning $250K+• Uncapped upside tied directly to builder growthIf you’re an experienced new-construction sales professional in Central or Southeast Florida and want a platform where your relationships translate into real income — let’s talk.
