Duties & Responsibilities Instructional Leadership: Design and execute proficiency-based units aligned with NH state standards and ACTFL guidelines. Cultural Stewardship: Integrate authentic Hispanic cultural experiences into the daily curriculum to foster global citizenship. Digital Integration: Utilize 1:1 technology and language-learning software to enhance student engagement and accessibility. Student Advocacy: Implement inclusive classroom management that supports diverse learners, including those with IEPs/504s, through differentiated instruction. Professional Collaboration: Actively participate in PLC (Professional Learning Community) meetings and contribute to the vibrant BHS school culture.
