Candidates who thrive in document-heavy environments and are eager to build a foundation in real estate operations will find this role to be a strong fit.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a document-heavy environment — real estate, legal, property management, or similarProven experience handling high-volume document processing — scanning, filing, indexing, and data entryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office — Excel and Outlook — and CRM experience, with Salesforce preferredAbility to work in a hybrid environment — Charlotte office 3 days/week — and maintain consistent, reliable supportPLUS SKILLS:Previous clerical experience in the tower spaceADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and maintain real estate documentation including leases, amendments, site agreements, and vendor contractsSupport document lifecycle management — scanning, indexing, filing, and ensuring accurate record retention across systemsCoordinate mail distribution, shipping, and tracking of time-sensitive legal and property-related documentsPerform data entry and updates within internal systems, tracking lease terms, renewals, key dates, and property detailsAssist with audit preparation and compliance by organizing and retrieving documentation as neededPartner with internal teams — Real Estate, Legal, and Operations — to ensure accurate and timely documentation flowHelp track and organize critical dates including renewals, expirations, and notices to support portfolio managementMaintain high-volume administrative workflows with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time
