Must be flexible to work over-time and some weekends.Pay: $18.00Position Summary:As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.Position Overview & Responsibilities:Assist in bringing completed construction sites to a clean, finished conditionPerform general cleaning of designated areas based on each facility's specific needsRemove construction debris from buildings and surrounding groundsClean and remove materials from construction projects, including but not limited to concrete, dirt, scrap lumber, plaster, drywall, and paint or adhesive residueClean windows, floors, ceramic tile, and bathroom fixturesPerform window washing and general waste disposalComplete daily reports documenting work performedWork closely with on-site staff to complete daily tasks efficientlyWhat We Offer:Competitive pay starting at $18/hrMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchingPaid Holidays after 3 monthsPaid Vacation after 1 year$100 Employee Referral BonusWhat You'll Need:Ability to pass a standard background check including E-VerifyAbility to operate minor equipmentMust be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervisionPrevious construction or general labor experience preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasksBasic knowledge of construction tools and equipmentAbility to work in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityValid driver's license (preferred)Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required)Why PK Property Services?We value hard work, dependability, and a strong team ethic.
