Return all phone messages promptly. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address queries, and solicit further sales. Resolve billing issues. Make policy recommendations based on client needs. Foster strong relationships with clients for high client retention and product loyalty. Stay up to date on industry market trends and best practices. Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Requirements: P&C license required Insurance Experience Teachable and active listener Friendly and client-first attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
