Epic Learning & Content Development Analyst

The Epic Learning & Content Development Analyst helps Baylor Scott & White Health meet strategic goals. They develop and implement Epic training content using various media. The analyst should have skills in training, instructional design, adult learning methods, Epic system applications, learning management systems, and incident management software. The role involves partnering with teams like IS, Clinical Informatics, and Quality. The analyst assists with testing and recommends corrective actions for Epic software issues. They also work with peers to create online asynchronous training, including lesson plans, content, learning targets, and assessment tools. Hybrid position Essential Functions of the Role. Provide effective Epic Learning application help by responding to help desk tickets and end-user requests (including being on-call help).
