With locations in North Wilmington, DE and Mullica Hill, NJ our unique blend of a donut shop, butcher shop, BBQ, and bar offers an unforgettable experience. We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to welcome and engage with our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. Position Available: Restaurant Hostess Key Responsibilities: *Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival. *Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements in a timely and efficient manner. *Provide guests with menus and inform them about specials and promotions. *Coordinate with the service staff to ensure seamless customer service. *Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guests’ queries. *Maintain a clean and organized reception area. *Assist in other restaurant duties as and when required. Qualifications & Requirements: *Experience: Previous hostess or customer service experience is a plus. *Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation. *Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. *Skills: Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. *Attitude: A welcoming, customer-first approach and a great team player. *Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.
