We're seeking skilled trades professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork.???? What You'll Do????️ Ironwork???? Install & align structural steel ???? Read blueprints & structural drawings ????️ Place, tie & secure rebar ???? Bolt, weld & rig steel components ???? Work safely at heights???? Pipefitting???? Install, assemble & repair piping systems ???? Measure, cut, thread & bend pipe ???? Perform hydrostatic & pneumatic testing ???? Inspect systems & troubleshoot issues ???? Work with steel, stainless, PVC, copper & alloys️ MillwrightingInstall & align industrial machinery ???? Use precision tools (dial indicators, lasers, micrometers) ???? Maintain & repair rotating equipment ????️ Replace bearings, seals, belts & couplings ???? Support equipment optimization???? Safety & Compliance️ Follow OSHA & lockout/tagout procedures ️ Participate in daily safety meetings ️ Maintain clean, organized work areas???? QualificationsRequired???? Experience in ironwork, pipefitting, millwrighting, or industrial maintenance ???? Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs & manuals ???? Skilled with tools, rigging & precision instruments ???? Able to work at heights, in confined spaces & varying weather ???? Strong mechanical aptitude & problem‑solving skillsPreferredNCCER, OSHA 10/30 or trade certifications Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick) Apprenticeship or equivalent experience Industrial or heavy‑industry background????
