Key responsibilities include:Assist in leading day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial activitiesDevelop clear, accurate financial reports that provide leadership with meaningful insights for decision-makingEstablish, maintain, and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory complianceOversee the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll oversight, and reconciliationsDevelop and implement streamlined accounting processes and systems to support organizational growthPartner with leadership to provide financial insights, budgeting support, and strategic recommendationsCoordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies as neededEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations and reporting requirementsMonitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics to support informed decision-makingSupport cross-functional teams with financial data, analysis, and reporting needsBuild and maintain a well-structured financial calendar to ensure all reporting and compliance deadlines are met consistently and on timeDesign and implement a robust two-step approval process for paymentsThe Ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least three years of accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsExperience with accounting software and financial systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSound like the right place for you?
