Product Manager, Order Management
Our client, a globally recognized heritage brand, is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented product manager for order management to join their team.*This is a remote role with in-office days as needed*Responsibilities:Support initiation of enhanced/new features in the order management systems through lifecycleWork with key partners, external and internal teams to track and report on project statusProactively problem solve platform issues for seamless order flowWork cross-functionally to meticulously test changes and secure a consistent order processExecute system maintenanceAssist the backend team in building and maintaining the product action plan to align with business goalsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field3+ years in ecommerce product/ order management roleStrong background in backend systems integrations, and problem solvingExpertise in end-to-end testingKnowledge of payment processing systems (e.g. Adyen, PayPal)Experience in overseeing requirements for system updates and improvementsUnderstanding of APIs, data flows and system integrationRobust MS office Excel skills and fluency in other MS officeFluency in project management tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence)Vendor management backgroundStructured, analytical, and concept-driven approachSkilled in identifying and addressing complex problemsTakes full ownership of tasks with a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with excellent time management skillsSkilled at working effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsPlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
