This role requires strong experience working with creative teams (copywriters, designers) and managing multi-channel campaigns in an agency or in-house agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary Account Manager and strategic advisor for marketing and communications initiativesManage end-to-end delivery of creative and brand campaigns across multiple channelsDevelop communication strategies aligned with business goalsAct as main point of contact for stakeholders and internal clientsCollaborate with creative teams (copywriters, designers) to ensure high-quality deliverablesCreate project plans, manage timelines, and oversee budgetsWrite and present creative briefs and strategic recommendationsEnsure brand consistency across all communication channelsSupport digital and marketing channel optimization effortsProvide reporting, insights, and campaign performance evaluationSupport crisis communication efforts when requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, English, or related field8+ years of Account Management / Creative Project Management experienceStrong experience in multi-channel marketing campaignsExperience collaborating with creative teams (copywriters, designers)Experience writing creative briefs and providing strategic directionStrong project management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsAgency or in-house agency experience (highly preferredExperience in branding, advertising, and digital campaignsExperience in energy/utilities industry (nice to have)Familiarity with work management tools (e.g., Workamajig)Exposure to Kanban or Agile workflows
