We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance in fulfillment centers Provide proactive controls automation and technical support Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze performance metrics Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize material handling equipment (MHE) systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement innovative projects Work with state-of-the-art technology including conveyors, sortation systems, and SCADA devicesWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation engineering, or 2+ years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience Experience with PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment Experience with Ladder Logic and structure programming from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs Experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysWhat's On Offer Competitive compensation package (salary range $90,000 - $112,500 per year) Comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1 Matching 401(k) program Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leaveApply via Haystack today!
