SummaryThe Outside Salesperson is responsible for prospecting and then selling our “engineered moving solution” services to business and industrial establishments or individuals in person and over the telephone by performing the following duties.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain customer relationships to maximize the sales of our “engineered moving solution” servicesUtilize time effectively to manage customer interactions including prospecting, qualifying leads, cold calling, and making customer callsFollow up on leads to build a solid customer base of reoccurring businessUtilize relationships and networking to create opportunityDevelop long term relationships with customersCoordinate job walks and assist with customer bids / estimates to accurately price projectsKeep accurate records of customer interactions documented in company CRMDisplays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressureComplete company required reporting in a timely mannerWork closely with operations team to facilitate transition from sales to executionAttend sales meetings and participate in team buildingUses job-appropriate PPEMaintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.Respectfully takes direction from Supervisor.Other Duties as assignedRequired Experience And/or Education5+ years of experience in industrial sales considered an asset and preferredAt least 3 years of experience and understanding of heavy rigging and transportation sectorCustomer Resource Management (CRM) software experienceThe requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.BenefitsHealth insurance401(k) matchingVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceDisability insurancePaid holidaysPTO/Vacation/SickPay: $75k - $90k (Base + Commission)
