This role requires a leader who can strengthen both frontline staff and leadership support, and who is adept at promoting a just and accountable work environment. The ideal candidate will have a recent background in acute care hospital settings, particularly in Med/Surg, ICU, cardiac/telemetry, neuro, or vascular units, and must have a proven track record of achieving quality improvement outcomes and demonstrating strong collaboration skills.Applicants for the Interim Director of Nursing position at the company must hold a Master’s degree, have an active RN license, and BLS certification. A background in acute care hospital leadership, with experience in leading complex patient populations and quality improvement initiatives, is essential. The role demands a highly organized, patient-focused individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and excellent communication skills.
