Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for multiple company branchesAdminister employee benefits and manage the renewal processOnboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel recordsAssist with 401(k) audits and new enrollmentsPerform additional HR-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, or general HR functionsComfortable communicating with staff at all levels, including administrators and managersAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityBachelor’s degree is a plusSalary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
