Manufacturing TechnicianWe are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support GMP manufacturing operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This team is growing quickly and plans to hire multiple technicians over the next several months as production expands to a 24/7 schedule.This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, collaborative, and eager to grow their experience in GMP biomanufacturing. Cultural fit is extremely importantsuccessful candidates will be personable, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating with colleagues across the manufacturing floor.Important: Candidates must be comfortable working evening or night shifts long term.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute GMP manufacturing operations following established batch records and SOPsSupport production activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and monitoringMaintain accurate and compliant documentation for manufacturing processesFollow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all timesTroubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate when neededCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operationsParticipate in shift handoffs and communicate production updates clearlyBasic QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, biomanufacturing, or GMP environmentsStrong attention to detail and documentation practicesAbility to work evening or night shifts on a long-term basisComfortable working in a team-oriented production environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturingBioworks certificate with at least 1 year of GMP manufacturing experienceOR Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related fieldHands-on experience with biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
