We believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore their interests and reach their full potential.About The RoleWe're looking for reliable and energetic Site Assistants to support daily after-school operations and student supervision.This part-time Assistant will play a crucial role reporting to the Program Coordinator and supporting the successful operation of our youth development and after-school programs, focusing on key areas to ensure quality and compliance.Schedule: PT 12 a 6pmIn this role, you will:Assist with daily student check-in and check-out proceduresHelp monitor transitions between activities and ensure proper supervision ratiosRemain on site until all students have been safely dismissed and the last child has been picked upSupport Educators in setting up materials and maintaining clean, safe environmentsCommunicate supply needs, attendance issues, or incidents to the Site CoordinatorAssist with managing snack distribution and cleanupProvide additional coverage or supervision when neededUphold HOKALI's safety standards and report any incidents immediatelyRequirements18+ years of ageAn educational background in education, child development, or a related field is highly preferredPassion for education and working with kidsStrong leadership and professionalism skills when working with schools and studentsExperience working in schools and leading large teamsAbility to engage and inspire students in a fun and educational environmentAbility and willingness to complete 6 hours of online training prior to the start date.
