The focus is on empowering agents to maximize earnings while maintaining professional autonomy.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Dallas, TX, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property showings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing real property. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting listings, conducting market analyses and pricing strategies, drafting and reviewing offers and contracts in coordination with brokers or attorneys, and managing transactions from initial consultation through closing. The role involves delivering responsive customer service, maintaining regular communication with clients and partners, and representing Solto Realty Advisors professionally at open houses, networking events, and community activities. The Real Estate Agent will also use available tools and services from Solto to support marketing, transaction management, and business growth.Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas, with a strong understanding of local real estate regulations and practices.Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential sales, leasing, and related market analysis.Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, timely follow-up, and client relationship management.Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office, field, and home), manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize multiple clients and deadlines.Proficiency with real estate CRMs, MLS platforms, digital marketing tools, and standard office software.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally for showings and client meetings.High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical real estate practices; bilingual skills are a plus.
