This pivotal role is focused on the development and management of the systems, processes, and execution that support both direct-to-consumer and B2B sales channels, particularly in the pre and post-launch phases. The successful candidate will be hands-on in their leadership, ensuring a seamless integration of demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations to create a scalable and cohesive sales engine.Key responsibilities for this role include owning and building the end-to-end sales operations function, managing and optimizing core commercial systems, overseeing DTC order flow, and partnering with contract manufacturers for demand planning and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 8-15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields, with a strong background in DTC e-commerce operations for physical products. A proven track record in building systems and processes in a high-growth environment, as well as a strong analytical and operational mindset, is essential. Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce is required, and familiarity with medical devices, health tech, or premium consumer hardware is preferred.
