This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors and field teams, and ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and quality standards.The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership experience, technical knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel. This position plays a critical role in maintaining jobsite productivity, resolving field challenges, and driving projects forward while upholding the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily construction activities across civil, structural, and architectural scopesEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsManage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment to maintain productivity and meet project milestonesReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedulesMonitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding schedule, risks, and field issuesIdentify and resolve on-site technical, coordination, and logistical challengesLead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks, reinforcing safety expectations and site regulationsCoordinate with project teams to ensure proper sequencing of work and efficient use of resourcesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)4+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a superintendent or field leadership roleStrong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction practicesProven leadership ability with experience managing subcontractors and field crewsFamiliarity with construction scheduling, reporting tools, and field coordination processesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and regulatory complianceDesired SkillsAbility to lead and motivate field teams and subcontractors while maintaining productivity and accountability on siteStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address field challenges and keep projects on scheduleEffective communication and coordination skills when working with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectorsSolid understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and project schedulingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsBenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience (DOE)Per diem and travel allowance (if applicable)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planOpportunity to support upcoming projects and grow with our expanding project portfolio
