Applicantsshould belocatedat one of our hubs listed above andmust be willing toworkthis schedule.RoleType: Full-timeSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year + annual bonusActual compensation offered will be determined individually, based ona number ofjob-related factors, including location, skills,licensure,experience, and education.Our competitive compensation is just onecomponentofOsaic'stotal compensation package.Additionalbenefitsincludehealth, vision, dental insurance, 401k,paid time away, volunteerdaysand much more.To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page:Creative/Benefits.Summary:The Shared Services and Purchasing Manager will provide the daily oversight and delivery of all services andpurchasingfor the complete organization.Responsible for managing the delivery, category ofspend, and the suppliers for shared services including but not limited to travel, expense management,logistics, mail services, office supplies, breakroom management, shredding, supplier relationship management, and the like for the organization.Ensure services and delivery of service are aligned with companyobjectivesand expectations.In addition, responsible for managing the Purchasing function aligning purchase orders with contractual obligations.Ensure purchase order management is effective and efficient with matching invoices and PO changes to the business requirements of the company.Responsible for managing the onboarding of new groups to our services andpurchasingrequirements through acquisitions and mergers.Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree froman accrediteduniversity inaBusiness-RelatedField, High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) isrequiredwith applicable experience.Responsibilities:Manage a team supporting the delivery of shared services andpurchasingsupportacross theOrganization.Manage the categories of shared services, develop andexecutethose strategies, ensure the development and execution is in alignment with companyobjectives.Manage and provide oversight on the travel services with the on-line booking tool, travel management company,andthe expensereporting tool.Manage the processes, systems, tools,workflows,and proceduresfor efficient transacting and processesto maximize the user experience.Manage acquisitions effectivelybyonboarding new groups to our systemsand processes.Continuously evaluate our shared services providers and ensure their performance meets our standardsand expectations. Resolve necessary issues and ensure our providers are aligned with ourobjectives.Provide general management responsibilities with team members.Thrive ina fast-paced,ever-evolving work environment.Utilize logic and reasoning toidentifythe strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions,conclusionsor approaches toproblems. Communicateto others to convey information effectively as well as communicating effectively in writing asappropriate forthe needs of theaudience. Incorporate your knowledge ofsharedservices industry trends, directions,major issues, regulatoryconsiderationsand trendsetters.Incorporate your knowledge of and ability toutilizeprocesses, tools, and techniques for detecting,addressingand preventing fraudulentsituations. Utilizeyourcreativityand alternative thinking to developnew ideasfor and answers to work-related problems.Consider the relative risks and benefits of potential actions to choose the mostappropriate one.Be a financial stewardon how money will be spent to get the work done,account forexpenses compared to budgetand potential budgetimpacts. Understands motivating, developing, and directing people as they work,identifyingthe best people for thejob. Utilize your abilitytodevelop constructive and cooperative working relationships withothers andmaintainingthem over time.Incorporate a customer service-oriented function, actively looking for ways to help people.Knowledge of functions,featuresand applications of Microsoft Office; ability to use the cross-functional features of its applications to enhance overall organizationalefficiency. Basic Requirements:10 years of relevant work experienceinleadingPurchasing and Shared Services managementfunctions.10 years of experiencewith relevant Financial Services Industry Experience.10 years of Supervisory/Managerial roles.Preferred Requirements:IndustryCertifications, CPM, APICS, CPSM, CSPM,Certified Travel Expert (CTE)etc...15 plus years ofleadingShared Services and Purchasing experience15plus years of experience in the Financial Services IndustryDemonstrated experience with implementing or re-implementing shared services andpurchasingfunctionsCurrent Employees and Contractors Apply Here
