This role will support the creation, production, and execution of high-quality visual and multimedia content across marketing, product, and technical communications. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong production skills who is comfortable translating complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging visual content.This is a full-time, temporary position, offering benefits eligibility. The position will be a 6-month assignment with potential to extend an additional 6 months. This role is based in Portland, ME offering onsite or hybrid schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce marketing and technical assets, including brochures, data sheets, presentations, infographics, digital ads, and web graphicsCollaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to visually communicate scientific and technical information clearly and accuratelyEnsure brand consistency across all visual materialsPrepare final production-ready files for print and digital useManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesAssist with updates to existing materials and version controlContribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and content effectivenessSupport content production efforts, including photography and basic video editing (as needed)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience in a production graphic design role (agency or in-house)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and production accuracyAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred But Not RequiredExperience working with scientific or technical subject matterPhotography skills, including basic photo editing and asset managementVideo editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)Experience with light copywriting across digital, print, and social channels; familiarity with AI-assisted content tools a plus.Why EnviroLogixEnviroLogix is a mission-driven company delivering rapid diagnostic solutions that support food and feed safety and quality across the agricultural supply chain.
