Front of House Team Member

Job Description: Join Royals Hot Chicken and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first impression a guest has as they take their hot chicken ride. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction. Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams. Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies. Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and communication. Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations. Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands: Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot environments. Safely handle cleaning chemicals.
