Location: New York, NY (Financial District)Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate: $27/hourEmployment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Full-time)OverviewWe are seeking a polished and service-oriented Office Services & Facilities Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced corporate office. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who is service-driven, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term growth in a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down conference rooms, offices, and event spacesMaintain cleanliness and organization across common areas and workspacesConduct routine floor checks (room resets, restocking supplies, general upkeep)Manage service requests via ticketing systems and emailSupport employees with workspace needs (equipment, desk setups, troubleshooting)Assist with catering/event setup and provide occasional mailroom supportCoordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairsQualifications4+ years of experience in facilities, office services, or similar roleCorporate environment experience preferred (consulting, legal, financial services)Strong communication skills and professional presenceCustomer-service mindset with a proactive approachAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingComfortable with physical work (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs)Additional DetailsHigh-traffic office environment supporting multiple floorsOvertime opportunityStrong opportunity for permanent placement
