RequirementsResponsibilities:Provide detailed all source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets.Develop in depth analysis of the topics in support of operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring its analytical/ targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements.Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning.Employ an array of analytical methodologies, leveraged against targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic.Leverage the multi-intelligence community to support their targeting efforts.Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting mythologies.Produce various Targeting Packages (TP).Utilize client systems and processes to receive field generated requests and track production status.Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative databases.Requirements:Must have eight (8) years of hands-on experience.Prior HUMINT operational background, directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO).Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF.Previous support to strategic foreign intelligence collection against hard target (non- CT) issues.Education:Bachelor’s degreeCertification from any of the courses below (or their title 50 equivalent).Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC).Advance HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC).Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC).Security Clearance:Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.Location:Washington, DC.
