About the Role As a Compounder and Batch Processor, you will play a critical role in the precision manufacturing of high-quality formulations. You will leverage your technical expertise in material handling and chemical blending to ensure every batch meets rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the consistency and excellence of our final products. Responsibilities Execute precise blending and mixing of raw materials by strictly adhering to established batch records and technical procedures. Drive product quality by performing systematic inspections and testing to verify consistency against strict specifications. Maintain comprehensive production documentation, including batch tracking and process logs, to ensure full traceability. Partner with research and development teams to refine existing formulations and support the successful scale-up of new product lines. Optimize production efficiency by maintaining a highly organized, sanitary, and safe workspace. Proactively identify and resolve equipment or process deviations to minimize downtime and maintain output targets. Uphold all safety and regulatory compliance standards to foster a secure and efficient manufacturing environment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a mixing, blending, or compounding role within a manufacturing setting. Strong technical aptitude with a focus on precision, measurement, and following complex instructions. Foundational knowledge of chemical properties, material safety, and industrial safety protocols. Physical capability to handle, lift, and maneuver heavy raw materials throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in chemical processing. Proven experience in packaging operations and inventory control. Strong collaborative skills with a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with troubleshooting production machinery or automated blending systems.
