Our high-energy environment is driven by passionate advocates who prepare every case for trial from day one, handling numerous trials across Texas annually.Position OverviewThe role serves as the firm's Filevine expert, with responsibility for building custom workflows, automation, and integrations within the platform. Working closely with the Director of Operations and IT, this position ensures all technology initiatives align with firm goals and deliver measurable impact.Core ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & InnovationResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies relevant to legal operations.Identify workflow inefficiencies and design AI-powered solutions to address them.Align AI initiatives with firm goals and develop long-term adoption strategies.Software Integration & System OptimizationIntegrate AI platforms seamlessly with existing case management systems, communication tools, and databases.Serve as the firm's Filevine expert — design, code, and customize workflows, triggers, and automations within the platform.Oversee all software procurement, testing, launches, and platform upgrades.Workflow Automation & Case Flow OptimizationDesign and improve case flow workflows in collaboration with legal and operational teams.Implement AI features supporting document analysis, summaries, and reporting.Training & Change ManagementDevelop and deliver training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and staff on new AI and software tools.Champion a technology-forward culture by driving adoption and demonstrating value to all teams.Monitor emerging AI and legal technology trends to identify innovation opportunities for the firm.Evaluate and test new platforms and tools for potential implementation.QualificationsRequiredDemonstrated experience implementing, configuring, or administering software platforms in a professional setting.Hands-on experience with Filevine or similar legal case management platforms.Ability to build and customize workflows, automations, and integrations (no-code and/or technical).Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and design practical solutions.Excellent communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.PreferredExperience in a legal, paralegal, or law firm operations environment.Familiarity with AI tools for document analysis, drafting, or summarization.Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).Experience managing software rollouts, vendor relationships, or technology projects.Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.Amaro Law Firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
