Job Description:This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in one of the following approved locations: New York, NY; Birmingham, AL; Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Blue Ash or Cincinnati, OH; or Los Angeles, CA RequirementThe Merchandising Analyst is a business-critical position as they are responsible for setting up our merchandising visits with 3rd party merchandisers, demand planning, and our retail partners via the account managers. This position manages the setup of the merchandising visits through the analysis of the past results. They also track stores with expired cards and help in the reporting and recovery. We conduct 100+ merchandising visits a year focused on supporting 95,000+ doors in retail. These visits ensure we support our baseline sales, manage in-stocks, place marketing material, reporting expired cards and taking care of compliance obligations.Job SummaryThe Analyst will be responsible for the daily management of merchandising visits from setup through remediation of the final data. This individual will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure their objectives for purchase execution and sales.Job Responsibilities Manages visits from setup through final remediation of out of stocksDirects compliance visits and owns the improvement of compliance issuesAnalyzes merchandising data and creates dashboards to share results with internal partnersIs a subject matter expert at retail and provides strong recommendations to internal partners to improve execution and reduce costsAudits data for accuracy and remediation with the 3PL merchandising partners and retailersMaintains display planogram and traiting documentsParticipates in weekly retailer and internal partner calls and shares data, visit findings and resultsJob RequirementsBachelors degree preferred3+ years of relevant experienceRetail experienceStrong organizational skillsGood time management skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong people skills, good at building relationships and working alongside project teamsExperience using MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TeamsExcellent excel skills with experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulasMust be able to manage large amounts of data, analyze results and make recommendationsAbility to create presentations using PowerPoint
