With over ten million fans globally, we facilitate meaningful interactions through features like direct messaging, tipping, and exclusive content access.At Fanfix, we are constantly innovating to enhance both the creator and fan experience, redefining the way creators interact with their audiences.Job DescriptionThe Creator Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Director of Creator Partnerships to identify, prospect and onboard new creators to Fanfix. They will be responsible for managing their own prospecting pipeline–progressing from initial top-of-funnel outreach to eventual launch on the platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, data-driven and adept at managing the fast-paced challenges of onboarding creators and managing high-profile relationships.This is a hybrid role, in our West Hollywood office four days a week and remote the fifth day.Job ResponsibilitiesProspect and onboard new creators, while leveraging talent/agency networks to aid in that effortEnsuring creators understand and utilize Fanfix’s monetization tools effectivelyIn collaboration with our dedicated Success team, help manage relationships with creators and maintain consistent communication with those that you’ve onboardedDirectly propose and negotiate contractual agreements with creators. You will be responsible for determining deliverables, counter-offers and necessary considerationsLeverage data as a tool to consult creators on proven best practices, and ensure they are positioned to optimize success on the platformSpearhead various team initiatives including new creator networks, regions and growth opportunitiesQualifications3+ years of sales experience and proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targetsWell versed in the social xaygatp media landscape, creator economy, and Gen-Z popular culture, and an understanding of the business considerations that full-time content creators faceExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high-volume outreach pipeline, timelines, and personalitiesComfortability with navigating extensive contract negotiationsDemonstrated experience with pitching a product or application to qualified leadsCompensation & Benefits$75,000 - 85,000/year + bonus potentialComprehensive benefits: 100% Employer Paid health, dental, vision offeringsRetirement/401(k) PlanFlexible PTO and Paid holidaysPowered by JazzHRKvnBqAWT4l
