Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Adult Nurse Manager, based in Wilmington, DE. The Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical services, managing team schedules, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, providing leadership in nursing management, and addressing the needs of patients in critical care and general medical settings. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver ethical and effective care will be an essential aspect of this role. Qualifications Proven expertise in Nursing and Patient Care, with a patient-centered approach to healthcare deliveryStrong skills in Nursing Management, including team supervision, mentoring, and leadershipKnowledge and experience in Medicine and Critical Care MedicineExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsActive RN license in the state of Delaware or compact licensureMinimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare leadership or management rolesBachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferredCommitment to delivering quality care and adhering to ethical standards
