Hospital Employed position offered by a 94 bed hospital that is part of the St Lawrence Healthcare system of Northern Ny and Rochester Healthcare System. New Office Suite located at hospital ? Patient type: Broad spectrum of f Internal Medicine patients from Teens to geriatrics (no ob/gyn) ? Five day work week ? Expectation of 16 - 20 visits daily ? Phone Call will be 1 in 4 EMR: Epic ? Practice fully staffed will consist of 4 MD/DO?s, 2 FNP VISA PHYSICIANS PLEASE RESPOND ? Base Salary is over $ 350k-$375k ? Sign on Bonus $25,000 ? Relocation $15,000 Cme $4000 ?
