Role Overview: CEF OSHA Education Center is seeking a credentialed OSHA Instructor to join our Education Center. This role is critical in providing our partners with the technical knowledge necessary to maintain regulatory compliance and foster a culture of safety.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate authorized OSHA-numbered courses in strict accordance with federal guidelines.Strategic Customization: Adapt instructional materials to align with specific organizational risks and industry-specific challenges.Operational Excellence: Manage all administrative documentation, including student sign-in sheets and course reporting, ensuring 100% audit readiness.Multimodal Instruction: Maintain high engagement levels across both virtual and in-person learning environments.Qualifications:Authorized Trainer: Must hold a valid authorization from an OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Center.Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in Construction/General Industry/Oil and Gas standards.Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to simplify technical regulatory language for various experience levels.
