Salon Support Representative
Job descriptionZoom Tan is currently hiring Salon Support Office Representatives in Naples, FL! Positions start at $20 per hour but will pay more for experience!! We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office, assisting our salon employees by phone with their operational needs. Some closing and a weekend shift is a must. Full Time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year at hire! Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously. Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times. Be able to work well within a team environment and individually. Prior Call Center experience preferred. Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic. We are hiring for a Full Time opening and offer flexible scheduling. The Call Center is currently operated Monday to Friday from 9:45 am to 8:15 pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9:45 am to 5:15 pm. You would work from home on the weekends! Salon Support handles all operations of the salons like a typical retail manager could do including, but not limited to, booth resets, discounts, approvals, camera reviews, refund requests, account questions, client issues, emergencies, inventory and inventory reporting. After receiving a short amount of field training, you will be working within an office setting where your duties will include: -Serving as the primary point of contact for the salon personnel to provide information and assist in resolving account or tanning booth reset issues. -Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken. -View, investigate, and respond to tickets that are sent via email to associate and manager requests. -Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution. -Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.
