This position combines a base salary with commission and is intended for individuals who want steady income while building long-term earning potential through performance.Compensation:Base Salary: Salary + Commission.Vehicle Allowance: $500/month for using your own approved vehicle.Proven earning potential: Selling just one average roof per week typically results in $70K–$80K annually; top performers regularly earn $100K–$150K+What You'll DoInspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needsMeasure roofs and prepare estimates using company systemsMeet with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectationsProject manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completionAssist with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as neededPerform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leadsMaintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRMRequirementsComfortable climbing roofs and working outdoorsStrong communication skills and professional appearanceAbility to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independentlyValid driver's license and clean driving recordSales or construction experience preferred but not requiredAll offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
