Triangle is experiencing exciting growth as we expand our presence across the region. As part of our growing Sales Department, the SDR plays a key role in the sales team's central support function, coordinating proposals, bids, lead tracking, marketing initiatives, and customer touchpoints.Unlike a traditional SDR role focused strictly on outbound calling, this position blends sales support, business development enablement, and operational organization to help drive consistent growth and improve the customer experience.This position is based at our Central PA headquarters and is designed for someone who is organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and eager to help shape the foundation of Triangle’s customer growth strategy and grow alongside a developing department.Summary of Responsibilities· Support Field Sales Consultants, Account Executives, and leadership with sales coordination, research, and marketing.· Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately while maintaining a positive & professional customer experience· Assist with customer renewal reviews, proposal preparation, and retention coordination efforts in collaboration with Account Executives and Leadership to support long-term customer relationships.· Coordinate estimate requests and gather pricing details from internal teams and subcontractors.· Assist with bid preparation, formatting, submission tracking, and documentation.· Coordinate RFP and contract administration activities, including deadlines, documentation, and follow-up communication.· Assist with lead management and prospect research.· Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media posts, trade show coordination, branded apparel programs, and sales collateral.· Support customer feedback communication and event preparation.· Participate in sales meetings and assist with process organization and documentation.· Maintain CRM accuracy through lead entry, activity tracking, account updates, and pipeline organization.· Other duties as assigned.Skills· Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.· Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate customers' needs and support team efficiency.· Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.· Customer Service: Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset.· Adaptability: Comfortable working in a growing department with evolving systems and processes.· Collaboration: Works effectively on a team and across operations & estimating departments.· Technology: Comfortable learning business software, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University; or 2 years related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.· 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, sales support, marketing, or business development experience preferred.· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.· Ability to prioritize and adapt within a growing department.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Construction, service industry, or fire life safety experience is a plus.Compensation & Benefits· Join a company that invests in its people, thrives culturally, and has a growing department team.· Full-time, hourly (40 hrs/week)· Competitive pay based on experience.· Full employer-provided health, dental, and vision benefits· Paid time off· Paid holidays· 401(k).· 401(k) matching.· Professional development assistance.Work Environment and Schedule· Primarily on-site at Triangle’s Central PA Headquarters (Carlisle, PA).· Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, with flexibility based on business and event needs.· Occasional local travel and attendance at trade shows, networking events, or customer meetings.
