Process EngineerRole OverviewJoin a well-established manufacturing team focused on advancing production performance through process innovation, operational support, and continuous improvement. This position partners with multiple departments to enhance machining operations, improve product quality, and increase manufacturing efficiency.Primary DutiesIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and production output.Support CNC machining operations by resolving technical and process-related challenges.Develop and update manufacturing methods, procedures, and process documentation.Coordinate tooling, fixturing, and equipment improvements to support operational goals.Analyze production data and lead corrective actions to improve quality and reduce downtime.Assist with new product implementation and process validation activities.Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to achieve performance objectives.Promote Lean initiatives and other productivity-focused improvement efforts.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.QualificationsDegree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with CNC machining processes and production operations.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing principles.Experience with business systems, Microsoft Office, and production-related software.Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, CAD/CAM platforms, or automation technologies is beneficial.
