Job Title: Oracle HCM Application SpecialistLocation: Remote Duration: 06+ MonthsJob Description: Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled HCM Application Specialist to manage the technical maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will support Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor/Absences, and Talent Management modules, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance & UpgradesFacilitate technical maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the HCM application.Support upgrades by gathering requirements, documenting configurations, devising test plans, and ensuring timely implementation.Production SupportTroubleshoot and resolve HCM system errors by identifying, researching, and logging issues.Partner with internal and external technical teams to implement and document resolutions.Enhancements & New FeaturesAssess enhancement requests, define scope, and evaluate potential solutions.Deliver and document agreed-upon system improvements.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and other HR stakeholders to provide ongoing system support.Ensure alignment of system functionality with business needs.Testing & Quality AssuranceCoordinate and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) for system configurations and implementations.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all system changes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.Strong experience with HCM applications (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).Proven ability to manage system upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
