Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where individuals are encouraged to take initiative, solve problems, and make a direct impact.What You'll Do As a TEAMINN Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale sporting events and partner organizations. Interns play an active role in daily operations and customer support while learning the business side of sports travel and event management.Responsibilities may include:Assisting coaches, team managers, and event attendees with hotel and event-related questionsSupporting event operations and customer service initiativesProcessing and organizing large quantities of data in Excel and Google SheetsManaging customer and partner accounts throughout the event lifecycleIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experienceActing as a first point of escalation for customer issuesCollaborating with internal team members to resolve partner inquiriesCommunicating updates and solutions via phone, email, chat, and CRM platformsTracking trends, reporting issues, and helping improve internal processesWhat We Provide Hands-on experience in sports operations and event managementCompetitive compensationProfessional development and trainingOpportunity for career growth within a rapidly growing companyCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentExposure to large national sporting events and industry partnershipsWhat We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications Current college student or recent graduateStrong communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityInterest in sports, travel, event management, business operations, or customer serviceBonus Skills Experience with Hubspot, CRM systems, or Google WorkspaceExperience in sports organizations, tournaments, or hospitalityFamiliarity with customer support platforms or operational workflowsInternship Details Flexible scheduling based on business needsPreferred 40 hours per weekStandard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMSome evening availability may be preferred during major event operationsWhy TEAMINN?
