As a Floral Receiving & Processing Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for managing incoming products, preparing them for distribution, and ensuring our high standards of quality and efficiency are met every step of the way. You’ll also help share our passion with our customers by delighting them with our products.Receive inbound product and verify against supplier documentationLabel and process inventory (hydrate cut flowers, unpack potted plants)Restock and organize inventory into proper bin locationsDowngrade expired or below-spec productsMeet productivity goals while maintaining high standards.Conduct cycle counts and helps resolve inventory discrepanciesWash and sanitize buckets and containersConsolidate carts and maintain a clean, organized workspaceMaintain a clean workspace and be aware of risks to yourself and others.Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as neededWhen You'll Work: Sunday- Wednesday|7:00 AM- 5:30 PMPlease Note: There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.Pay Range: $17.50/hr – $19.50/hrHolidays & OvertimeAbility to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off.
