This corporate-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, managing multiple priorities, and bringing campaigns to life across both digital and print platforms.As part of the marketing team, you’ll serve as a key connector between community teams, corporate leadership, and external partners—ensuring marketing efforts are executed seamlessly, on time, and with excellence.What You’ll DoCoordinate and execute marketing and sales support initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy.Produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.Develop, schedule, and measure digital campaigns, including email marketing and database management.Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Update and maintain company websites with approved, on-brand content.Generate and analyze reports tracking marketing performance and sales activity via the CRM system.Partner with community teams to fulfill marketing needs, including ordering promotional items and supporting local marketing initiatives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.What You BringA genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and making a difference in the lives of residents and their families.3+ years of experience in a corporate marketing or communications role.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.Strong writing and editing abilities with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and digital content management.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.Creative thinking paired with strong follow-through and execution.What Sets You ApartYou’re equally comfortable developing ideas and executing them.You anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.You bring both analytical thinking and creative energy to your work.You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.Be prepared to share writing samples and a portfolio showcasing your work.
