Job Description ABOUT THE ROLEResolve Wellness is hiring a licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver direct clinical services across our Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient programs. You will work with adults facing substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring/dual diagnosis mental health conditions as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Columbus, Ohio.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide individual, group, and family therapy across IOP, PHP, and outpatient levels of careComplete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for SUD and dual diagnosis clientsFacilitate psychoeducational and process groups (relapse prevention, coping skills, mental health)Apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed approachesCollaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support staff for integrated careMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)Support transitions between levels of care and coordinate aftercare planningRemain compliant with HIPAA, ODMHAS regulations, and agency standardsREQUIREMENTSActive Ohio license: LCDC II, LSW, or LCDC III — requiredHands-on experience with IOP, PHP, and/or outpatient SUD treatment settingsClinical experience with co-occurring/dual diagnosis populationsWorking knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment practicesProficiency with EHR/clinical documentation systemsStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
