Warehouse Manager, Staffmark AssociateResponsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materialsManage and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and coverage across shiftsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teamsEnforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentTrack KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnoverConduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, inventory, and workflowTrain, coach, and support warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiencyHandle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for warehouse staffCoordinate with carriers and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipmentsCollaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery goalsRequirements:3 years of warehouse manager/supervisory experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and employee schedulingReliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellenceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shiftExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with WMS is preferredJoin a Team That Works for YouAt Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
